We are seeking an experienced Freelance Cyber Security Engineer to support our team on a project-based basis.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with a solid background in IT security, capable of working independently and delivering high-quality results within defined deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration tests.Implement security controls, hardening procedures, and incident-response strategies.

Monitor and analyze security events and logs.

Provide recommendations to improve system, network, and application security.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in Cyber Security Engineering or related fields.

Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and secure architecture.

Hands-on experience with penetration-testing tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or similar.

Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
